DCK-13 electric control
DCK-13 start controller is developed specially for engineering machine. Product construct has complete sealed with highly dust and watter proof to grade IP56 and can be used under hard conditions of engineering machine.
Ⅱ Circuit diagram
Accumulater supplies power to contact coils K1, K2 through A1,
A2 of the start controller with land 2 closed and electric motor of the machine operation
leading the motor work; With the motor works and the generator of the machine starts to supply
power, the voltage of the generator feed backs to start controller through A3, A4. When the
voltage of the generator reaches to value voltage 9V～11V, relay K in start controller works with
switch 3 break, coil K1, K2 de-energization, 1 and 2 break, motor having no work and then the
machine begins to work normally.
